ABOUT CHHAVI, THE PERSON

Chhavi Mittal was born and brought up in Delhi. She grew up in a completely musical environment, and became a performing singer since the age of 7. Having come to Mumbai with absolutely no ties to anybody in the industry, and having no acting background, it was but a miracle for her to get a break almost instantly. Having been a model and a professional TV anchor gave her a lot of camera confidence. Chhavi is now happily married to a well known Film & Television director, Mohit Hussein. She is also mother to a beautiful little girl and an adorable little boy.

Chhavi excels in all her roles. As an actor, Singer, Model, Wife, Mother, Home-maker, Writer, Producer, Blogger, Vlogger & YouTuber. Passionate about everything she does, Chhavi is famous for giving her 200% to each & every project she undertakes. She's a believer in the motto "One Life", and lives by it every day.

Chhavi recently fought the battle against Breast Cancer and got hugely applauded for her brave fight.

ABOUT CHHAVI, THE ACTOR

Chhavi holds an honors degree in English Literature, and a Masters in Hindustani Classical Music(Vocal). She has a variety of television shows & films in her kitty. Having been a part of the industry since a very tender age, she has practically tried a hand at every genre. She started her television career with the title role of Disha in ZEE TV’s ‘Tumhari Disha’. She went on to play lead roles in shows like Twinkle Beauty Parlour, Ek Chutki Aasman, Naagin, Viraasat to name a few. Having contested in reality shows like ‘Jjhoom India’ and ‘Star Ya Rockstar’, she tried a stint at hosting a few too, like the popular ‘Chhotay Miyan’. Chhavi was also seen in pivotal roles in feature films like, Rajshri Productions’ ‘Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi’ and Smita Thackeray and Sahara One Motion Pictures’ ‘Kaisay Kahein’. After successfully being a part of everything related to acting, including over a 100 ad campaigns, Chhavi continues to challenge herself on the digital medium.

Chhavi has co-founded a successful Digital Content Creation Company along with husband Mohit Hussein. The YouTube channel, SUPERB IDEAS TRENDING,(formerly Shitty Ideas Trending) her maiden venture, showcases her creative abilities not just as an actor, but a creative writer as well. Together Mittal & Hussein are creating waves in the digital world as well.

ABOUT CHHAVI, THE WOMAN

Now a mother of two, Chhavi is making waves with her maiden venture BEING WOMAN WITH CHHAVI which is everything about women, mothers, entrepreneurs and go-getters. Her YouTube channel by the same name is a destination for all women. She continues to inspire one and all with her motivational and heartfelt vlogs and posts on her social media platforms. She is a passionate writer and has published her maiden book ‘MORE THAN A MAMA, A MEMOIR OF MOTHERHOOD’ with the reputed Rupa Publications. Chhavi is also a fitness enthusiast and continues to inspire millions with her dedication towards unlocking novel skills which defy all standards of physical recovery. She runs her own Merchandise which she proudly promotes with the slogans, ‘Allergic to Filters’, ‘PsyHOTic’ and ‘One Day At A Time’, which define her essence as a woman who believes in unapologetically being herself. Besides being a two time TedX Speaker, Chhavi is also actively associated with a few NGOs working towards the upliftment of children and senior citizens, education, and cancer awareness.
